  • Mechanical seals (for pumps, agitators and compressors)
  • Stuffing box packings
  • Gaskets
  • Magnetic couplings
  • Expansion joints
  • Gas supply systems
  • Seal supply systems
  • Rotating tubular kiln sealing systems

and engineering services and trade with outside products.

5. Description of affected persons and data / data categories in this respect
Customer name (name, address, ordering data as necessary), interested party data (name, address, company), employee data (name, address, company), as well as data from suppliers (name, address, company), provided it is necessary for the fulfilment of the purposes stated in section 4.

6. Recipient/categories of recipients who can be informed of the data
Public bodies upon availability of primarily legal regulations, external contractors corresponding to § 11 FDPA as well as external locations, internal EagleBurgmann Germany GmbH & Co. KG locations and EagleBurgmann subsidiaries for the fulfilment of the purposes as stated in section 4.

7. Normal deadlines for data deletion
The legislator has decreed manifold storage obligations and deadlines. After expiry of these deadlines, the corresponding data are routinely deleted if they are no longer required for contract fulfilment. The data, provided they are not affected hereof, are deleted if the purposes as stated in section 4 are void.

8. Planned data transfer to third countries
A transfer of personal data to third counties does not take place at present
