In parallel to the online ordering platform, EagleBurgmann will be putting an online-supported inquiry tool on its website.
Mechanical seals of the series MG1/eMG1, MG9, M3 and M7 can now be selected and inquired directly in a quick and customer-friendly fashion. Additional products can also be inquired over a structured communications tool. EagleBurgmann is offering this service to provide an additional possibility to quickly obtain information about the price and availability of products in an uncomplicated and clear manner.

Both tools are naturally available in the Responsive Design for different end devices such as PCs, tablets and smartphones.

First experiences with pilot users show the high acceptance of the new eBusiness offers which fully satisfy the customers' expectations. The range of new eBusiness activities at EagleBurgmann is still far from being exhausted. In addition to the products already available online today, additional series and product families as well as supplemental functions will follow.
