Packings for valves

BuraTAL-Flex 6070 BuraTAL-Flex 6070 BuraTAL-Flex 6070 is braided from high purity expanded graphite material (C-content >99 %) over knitted with Inconel wire. It contains a special high temperature impregnation as well as a corrosion inhibitor. Due to the high wire content it can be used without end rings.
Chemstar L 6226/L Chemstar L 6226/L Chemstar L 6226/L is a 100% PTFE-packing impregnated with PTFE-dispersion. It is a sintered, high performance PTFE-multifilament-yarns with thorough PTFE-impregnation, diagonally braided. Universal PTFE packing, preferred for use in chemical and food industry.
Chemstar NQ 6226/NQ Chemstar NQ 6226/NQ Chemstar NQ 6226/NQ is diagonally braided from 100 % PTFE silk impregnated with pure PTFE dispersion. This low-chloride packing is nuclear quality for special service in power plant valves.

Excellent cross sectional density, self-lubricating, wear resistant but gentle to shaft, absorbs abrasive particles. Excellently suitable for abrasive media when additionally low gas leakage and low friction are required.
