First year of training started at EagleBurgmann
After two introductory weeks at EagleBurgmann Germany GmbH & Co. KG in Wolfratshausen, Germany, the new trainees have begun their first year of training. 17 young men and women are now starting their training as industrial mechanics, industrial clerks, technical product designers and IT specialists.
Dr. Sebastian Weiss, CFO of EagleBurgmann Germany, greeted the young junior employees on their very first day. A few days later, the trainers took the new trainees on a walk from the Eurasburg plant to the Wolfratshausen location to get to know each other in a relaxed atmosphere and give a first impression of production, assembly, research & development and construction.
With a thorough safety instruction, introduction to the corporate philosophy and the future workplace, the trainees are well equipped for their work at the workbench, the office and in different departments.
The selection of trainees for the first year of training in 2018 is already in progress, applications are welcome.
