SCW 8032/SCW Burajet SCW 8032/SCW is a PTFE fiber injectable compound with excellent lubrication properties provided by PTFE-based additives. Depending on the application a special retention can be necessary. A special retention of two braided packing rings (e.g. Burasoft 6225/L or Buramex SF 6335) or two lipped rings (HPU-hydrolyse resistant polyurthane or FKM-fluorocarbon rubber) can be installed.

Careful control of all manufacturing processes and sealing action through metal-to-metal contact ensure correct surface hardness to offer sealing without damaging flange connections. These metallic gaskets are also commonly used on extremely high pressure valves and pipe work assemblies, along with some high integrity pressure vessel joints. Buralloy Ring Type Joints 2961 are used in oil fields on drilling and completion equipment as well as in downstream refinery applications.
Heat exchanger seal 2500 Buralloy Heat exchanger seal 2500 gaskets are manufactured using graphite, non-asbestos sheet and non-ceramic fiber as filler, which are then jacketed by various metals such as stainless steel, tin or copper. These gaskets are especially suitable for static sealing under high temperature, such as heat exchangers or pressure vessels.
HT 9650/HT BuraTAL HT 9650/HT is based on braided end rings of expanded pure graphite with reinforced corners of carbon fiber yarn. In addition, the packing set consists of packing rings of expanded pure graphite, with very high density to maintain cross-sectional tightness under load. The adapter rings of very dense, expanded pure graphite are especially impregnated and have a friction reducing coating.
corrugated gasket 2897/T Corrachem 2897/T is a high-grade three component seal out of flexible graphite, stainless steel and PTFE. The core of this gasket is a corrugated stainless steel profile ring, on both sides layers of expanded Statotherm graphite, with a PTFE-layer on both sides.

HP 6365/HP A classic seal made of rubber with woven mesh. Temperature-, corrosion- and chemical resistant high duty mesh with elastomer coating. This material is especially designed to meet the high requirements of "TRD 401 -Test class D".
Packing cartridges are manufactured to invidual requirements but are regularly supplied to fit into DIN/ASME standard equipment e.g. agitators. The cartridge unit can be supplied with Live-loading and additional bellows containment as requierd for maximum environmental safety.

SSTC-TAL 9592/P Statotherm SSTC-TAL 9592/P is a high quality gasket sheet made of expanded graphite and a silicon free layer of expanded metal, without any binder or filler. The sealing material - expanded graphite (>99 % graduated density) with an acid-resistant expanded metal inlay of chromium nickel steel (1.4404) - forms a three dimensional structure when under load. This material is universally applicable in all sectors of industry and maintenance engineering.
